Back when I left HP, I started on a long term plan to help give back some of what I got - especially from Coach at Bucknell - Art Gulden. He was a tremendous influence on me and left a great legacy of runners under his guidance. He taught me the value of true teamwork (in a seemingly individual sport), the idea of setting golas and working hard on a consistent basis over a long period of time to reach those goals.

So, I developed a long term plan to coach at the high school level. Over the past several years I have had the chance to do this with Lorenzo Eagles at Moorestown High School.

When I came up with this plan I felt a compatible career would be teaching high school math. Over the past several years I have been pursuing a Masters in Secondary Education. This included a full time Student Teaching experience in the Spring of 2007 with Steve Malcolm and Lauri Didonato Palmer at Northern Burlington High School. With all of my other activities, we will see if I am able to pull this one off some day...
